Made to Measure Orders
Bespoke made-to-measure shirts require 3 — 4 weeks from order confirmation to dispatch, as each piece is crafted individually to your measurements. You will receive regular updates throughout the process.
Returns Policy
We want you to love your Charles Caine purchase. If for any reason you are not completely satisfied, we offer a straightforward returns process.
Eligibility
- Items must be returned within 30 days of delivery.
- Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition with all tags attached.
- Sale items are eligible for exchange or store credit only.
- Made to Measure items are non-returnable unless faulty.
How to Return

- We will provide a returns authorisation and instructions within 24 hours.
- Pack your item securely and send it to our returns address.
- Refunds are processed within 5 — 7 business days of receipt.
Refunds
Refunds will be issued to your original payment method. Original shipping costs are non-refundable unless the item is faulty or incorrectly sent.
